Shipping across Pakistan

Auralix delivers nationwide through courier partners. Below is the honest shipping policy.

Delivery timeline

• Major cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Other cities / remote areas: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Shipping charges

• Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your city and courier options.
• Free shipping is available automatically on qualifying orders over Rs. 3,500 within Pakistan.
• Product pages show item price before shipping unless a free-shipping offer applies.
• If a shipping quote looks incorrect (for example unusually high), contact us on WhatsApp +92 334 6985452 before placing the order and we will fix it.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas. Please keep the exact order amount ready for the courier.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email/SMS where available. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number for a status update.

Failed delivery / address issues

Please double-check your phone number and complete address at checkout. Incomplete addresses may delay delivery. If a delivery attempt fails due to an unreachable customer, re-attempt or return-to-shipper fees may apply.
